Born Ekaro Tamunotonye Bobby in Military Hospital, Lagos State South Western Nigeria as the first of two kids, now living in Abuja. Bobbymax is an artist known with a unique voice, a creative mind and inspirational content in his work, this is a combination stands him out especially in these times where there is a crave for real content.
From humble and early beginnings at the age of twelve when he joined the choir in the church to when he started singing solo back in secondary school at the age of 19, Bobbymax has never failed to show his distinct abilities. Thereafter, Bobbymax picked an interest in graphic design, as earlier mentioned, he has a very creative mind. Over the years his designs have improved, and he has done designs for a few known artist like Solid Star, Damage, and many others. In the design industry, he earlier went with the name 'Dawntechlimited' and now he goes by the name 'bmaxfx'.
Down the line in 2012, the young gifted lad decided to hit the market and quickly became a big revelation. On his first single titled “What i Want”, He worked with a skilled known producer by the name Phat E who produced "Kuchi Kuchi - Jodie". “What i Want” was a hit, and later in the year he had a re-make of the song and featured a very known and respected female rapper in the industry by the name of "BOUQUI". The song was produced by a well known producer "Gospelondebeatz". Successes have been recorded for this young lad, as the re-make was made his first official single and it was released under Flux Factory in December, 2012.
After doing a radio tour in Abuja, he travelled to Lagos and shot a video for the song, and it was covered by the very talented and also very known video director, by the name of "Patrick Elis". Bobbymax over this short period of time has grown even more, and as the industry has also grown, he is ready to stand on the set stage for real talents and musicians to take over and clean out the last traces of mediocrity. Drawing inspirations from God, Nature, and Human Experiences, Bobbymax is the next big story on the cover pages.
