Kokoette Ernest popularly known as "Kokotex" was born in "Akwa Ibom" state after which he moved to Lagos where he had his primary education @ St. Catherine Nursery & Primary School & Secondary Education @ Doregos Private Academy Ipaja. He has an ND in accounting from Yaba Tech and now he's currently studying for his Bsc @ North American University Houdegbe (HNAUB) all in accounting.

Kokotex is a talented guy in musical aspect too, he's a prominent Hip-hop artiste, rapper & song writer while he began writing music fully in 2011 and  a strong fan of MI and Ice Prince. He started going to studios in 2012. In 2013 he drop his first single titled "OLAMIDETEMI" ft Karesma produced by IceBerg, it was best of the best song so far in year 2013 all over Benin Republic & Lasgidi.
